Nigerian Army Cadet Corps

Aims & objectives of cadet corps.
1. Harnessing the creative genius of the youths for efficient performance.
2. Identifying tools, techniques and process of critical thinking, creativity, innovation and discovery to facilitate problem solving.
3. Initiating youth capacity building programs for empowerment, development and humanitarian services.
4. To provide an opportunity of offering a platform whereby semi-military training are been imparted into the youths.
5. To create a human resource of well organized, skilled and highly motivated youth, to endow with leadership in all walks of life and always be ready to serve the nation.

AIMS:

1. To sustain a vibrant and effective cadet in

an ever changing society to produce disciplined

young persons

2. To promote and among young people, a

practical interest in our various security

institutions.

3. To provide training that will be useful in both

services and civilian life.

4. To develop in them such qualities of

leadership positive values, loyalty, devotion to

duty, self respect and civic awareness to

become good citizens.

5. Inculcate in the youth the spirit of patriotism

and commitment to the nation.

6. Train them in basic leadership skills to

enable them respond to national disaster.

7. To bring uniformity among the cadet

and to encourage the youth to achieve their

goals.

8. To improve their God given talents and know

how to achieve their goals.

9. To improve upon their personal leadership

qualities, skills and be self dependent.
